Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns
Manage client relationships
Review work of staff and seniors, providing mentorship and guidance
Conduct tax research and planning strategies
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
We are open to remote work for the right individual

Qualifications

CPA license preferred
5–7 years of experience in public accounting
Strong experience preparing/reviewing tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120/1120S)
Excellent communication and client management skills
Experience mentoring staff preferred
