We are currently partnering with a respected, long-established Seattle law firm seeking a Tax, Business & Estate Planning Attorney to join its thriving practice.
This opportunity offers the chance to advise high-net-worth individuals, families, and closely held businesses on complex tax, business succession, and estate planning matters while working alongside attorneys recognized among the region's leaders in trusts and estates law.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of tax, business, and/or estate planning experience
- LL.M. in Taxation or comparable tax experience (CPA designation also considered)
- Strong knowledge of federal income taxation relating to individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, and trusts
- Experience with business succession planning and intergenerational wealth transfer strategies
- Familiarity with taxable and tax-free mergers, acquisitions, and business transactions
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from $145,000–$185,000 DOE
