Business Development:Maintains professional presence with centers of influence and members of referral communities, i.e. realtors, builders, non-profit housing organizations, attorneys, appraisers, and bank colleaguesMaintains and monitors pipeline reports to ensure volume and quality are consistent with the Bank's goals and objectives, policies and proceduresDevelops leads on potential loan sources for business development and loan solicitation purposesStays abreast of trends and developments in the local real estate market and competitive environment, as well as changes in rules and regulationsProduction Requirements & Cross Selling:Responsible for cross-promotion of all Bankers Trust products and services (including, but not limited to, Retail Banking products)Maintains minimum production for mortgage loan originations in accordance with Smart GoalsPromotes and delivers quality internal and external customer serviceObtains, verifies and completes required information and documentation necessary for compliance and processing of loan applicationsCollaboration with Team Members:Collaborates with colleagues to assure excellence in products and servicesMonitors overall customer interaction and interfaces with all parties involved on each individual loan from application to closing.
