CassonX are delighted to be recruiting for this successful Family Office who has grown substantially to a point where they are now a specialist Active Investment Manager (discretionary funds) focussing on the Alternatives Market including investing in Hedge Funds, seeding Hedge Funds and Private Equity investments. With now$1bn in AUM, and following a significant investment in automating processes, this boutique setup has experienced significant growth with their counterparties, and they are looking to invest in technology and infrastructure, including this exciting role to compliment the structure of their professional and relatively young workforce.

To be considered for this very broad role, CassonX are looking to identify someone from a small Investments style of company, where you are very familiar with having to "wear many hats". You will have experience of Fund Accounting, including the NAV calculation and shadow accounting of a variety of funds (hedge fund, private equity funds, private debt funds, VC funds), as well as typical experience associated with a Fund Operations role across trade flows, FX exposure and working with custodians, banks, administrators, auditors. In person you must be able to deal with a huge variety of funds, all that have different processes, structures, administrators, so good organisational and communication skills are essential.
