Join us and unlock your potential in a culture that values growth, inclusion, and excellence.As an Analyst in the Indirect Tax Program Management team within Firmwide Finance Business Controller, you will play a key role in delivering strategic automation and process improvements for tax reporting. You will work closely with project managers, data managers, and stakeholders across multiple geographies, supporting critical compliance and transformation initiatives. You will thrive in a collaborative environment where your attention to detail and drive for results will help us meet evolving regulatory requirements and deliver value to the firm.
Job responsibilities
- Support project managers by maintaining project artifacts, including plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Prepare materials and record minutes and action items for project working group meetings.
- Lead release management activities, coordinating production implementation plans.
- Collaborate with data managers to drive requirements discussions and deliver change events.
- Create and maintain Data Requirements Documents and model documentation.
- Execute data quality testing to ensure requirements are met.
- Manage project Confluence and SharePoint pages, keeping documentation current and aligned with stakeholders.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 1 year of project management or product owner experience, ideally in finance, banking, or data environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for understanding details.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective communicator, able to articulate project needs to stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Understanding of financial or regulatory reporting processes; tax data knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with Agile project methodologies.
- Familiarity with credit products such as loans, deposits, and cash.
- Knowledge of SQL, cloud technologies, and Tableau.
