Description
Bring your credit documentation skills and customer focus to our team-draft, verify, and support seamless credit operations!As a Credit Operations Analyst in Credit Documentation, you will support the drafting and verification of credit documents to aid our credit operations. Your contributions will assist the department in achieving its short-term goals. With a foundational understanding of credit operations and customer service, you will help address customer needs. Basic computer skills are essential for using technology to perform tasks and solve problems, while working with others to support organizational success. Your ability to think strategically will help in understanding issues and opportunities, and in supporting the business with strategy development.
The Credit Platform Services Documentation Analyst supports the Lending Advisory Team in credit documentation, signature verification, capacity/authority checks and ongoing maintenance across multiple EMEA platforms, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements. The Documentation Team offers quality and timely service to clients, while providing an ongoing support to internal stakeholders and acting as a knowledgeable resource for the Private Bank.
Job Responsibilities
- Draft, maintain and process clients' documentation using in-house systems
- Assist with verification of credit documents
- Deal with queries related to systems, documentation and client information.
- Use basic customer service skills to assist in understanding and responding to customer interactions.
- Contribute to team building by supporting an inclusive environment and collaborating with colleagues from different departments.
- Support the implementation of solutions to improve credit operations and assist in influencing change within the department.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience or equivalent expertise in drafting credit documentation.
- Fluent in French
- Basic proficiency in using computer technology to perform tasks and communicate effectively in a professional setting.
- Ability to assist in managing conflicts within teams and arising from business decisions.
- Experience in supporting cross-functional collaboration and sharing knowledge to solve problems.
- Basic strategic thinking skills to help research and understand issues and opportunities.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Basic writing skills to draft clear credit-related communications.
- Experience in supporting the integration of technology tools to enhance credit operations processes.
- Willingness to assist in implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency.
- Basic digital proficiency for using credit management systems and tools.
- Ability to conduct preliminary data analytics to support credit decision-making.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and support credit operations improvements.
- Willing to participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills in credit operations.
