Hiring: QuickBooks Online Ninja — Bookkeeper

We’re looking for a highly accurate, detail-obsessed bookkeeper who knows QuickBooks Online inside and out. This role has real growth potential for someone who is reliable, attentive, and serious about doing things right.

Role: Bookkeeper / QBO Expert
Salary: $60,000/year
Growth: Opportunity to grow with the company
Location: Remote

What you’ll do:

Maintain and reconcile accounts in QuickBooks Online
Clean up and organize financial records
Manage AP/AR and ensure accurate reporting
Assist with month-end close and financial statements
Spot inconsistencies before they become bigger issues
What we’re looking for:

Strong QuickBooks Online experience
Excellent attention to detail
High accuracy and accountability
Ability to review your own work carefully
Reliable, organized, and proactive
Interest in growing into a larger role over time

This is not a “close enough” role. We need someone who takes accuracy seriously and treats every number like it matters.
