Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing finance team. Key Responsibilities:

• Process and enter vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and receipts
• Assist with weekly check runs and electronic payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Respond to vendor inquiries in a professional manner
• Assist with month-end closing tasks as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 02 years of experience in accounting or accounts payable (internship experience is a plus)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
