Associate Director - Investor Relations (Private Credit)
Our client, a leading and highly regarded European Private Credit platform, is seeking an Associate Director to join its growing Investor Relations team. This is an opportunity to take on a senior, high-impact role within a dynamic and successful business, working closely with leadership across product strategy and client management.
The position will focus on investor communications and capital raising across the firm's credit strategies. The successful candidate will operate across the full client lifecycle, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver best-in-class investor support while contributing directly to asset growth initiatives.
Our client is seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional within private markets, or a high-calibre individual with strong alternatives exposure. The Role
Partner with senior leadership, portfolio managers and internal teams to develop and oversee high-quality investor materials, including presentations, fund reporting, prospectuses, DDQs and RFP responses
Act as a key relationship contact for existing and prospective investors, maintaining strong, professional relationships
Contribute to asset raising efforts within existing investor accounts, with increasing responsibility for capital development initiatives
Coordinate across investment, finance, compliance and operations teams to gather accurate and timely information
Oversee the full end-to-end client lifecycle: pitching, due diligence, onboarding, ongoing reporting, bespoke investor requests and client servicing
Drive continuous improvement of investor communication processes and materials
This is a hybrid Investor Relations, Client Service and Sales Support role, with a clear trajectory toward strategic client coverage responsibility.
Candidate Profile
6-10 years' experience within Investor Relations, Client Services, Product Specialist or Fundraising roles within private markets
Must have strong private credit experience (direct lending).
Strong alternatives experience, with a clear understanding of private credit strategies
Ability to confidently articulate complex credit strategies to sophisticated institutional investors
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership and portfolio managers
Commercial mindset with a client-focused approach
Highly organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality, investor-ready materials
Demonstrates professionalism, intellectual curiosity and a strong work ethic
