Bank of Plentywood is a dynamic and growing financial institution seeking a motivated, customer-centric professional to join our team as a Loan Officer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to build a rewarding career in banking and financial services.
Key Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A self-starter with a strong customer focus. Degree in Finance, Business, Agriculture, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of agriculture or agri-business practices is strongly preferred. Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other relevant software. Minimum of 2 years of related experience preferred—but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and approve loan applications. Analyze customer financial data and creditworthiness. Proactively develop new business through community networking and outreach. Conduct calls with current and prospective customers to promote loan products. Cross-sell a variety of bank services and products. Represent the bank in community events and initiatives.

College degree in Business, Agriculture, Finance or Accounting preferred. Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
