Description
Johnson Pope Bokor Ruppel & Burns, LLP is seeking an experienced attorney with at least 5 years of experience to join our Trust & Estates and Tax Practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning and tax matters, preferably holding an estate planning LL.M. or tax LL.M. degree.

Position Overview
This role offers substantial growth opportunities, exposure to complex estate and tax matters, and the chance to work directly with an experienced senior partner who is committed to mentoring and developing talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise high-net-worth clients on complex estate planning, tax planning, and asset protection strategies.
Assist with the administration of trusts and estates, including trust modifications and tax planning initiatives.
Take initiative on deal work and manage tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
Collaborate effectively as part of a team while maintaining strong client relationships.
Office Location: Clearwater, FL

Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience advising clients on complex estate planning, tax planning, asset protection, and trust and estate administration.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
