We are seeking a skilled and experienced CPA Tax Manager/Tax Preparer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing tax compliance activities while also preparing and reviewing complex tax returns for individuals and businesses.

Requirements

1.  Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
2.  Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
3.  8+ years of experience in tax preparation and tax management.
4.  Proficiency in tax software (e.g., UltraTax, FastTax GoSystems).
5.  Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
6.  Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
7.  Leadership abilities to manage and guide a team effectively.
