Description

We’re seeking someone who can prepare and review tax return from start to finish, from preparing returns to communicating with clients and wrapping them up for review. You’ll also handle monthly accounting for a small group of business clients.

What you will do:

• Prepare and manage tax returns (S corps, partnerships, and personal)
• Communicate with clients on open items and keep projects moving
• Wrap up returns for review and ensure accuracy
• Provide monthly bookkeeping support for select business clients

What we are looking for:

• At lease 1 year of experience in tax preparation/accounting
• Strong communication and organizational skills 
• Ability to work in a team environment (we are currently 2)
• Someone excited about client relationships and possibly progressing fast into an management position as we are growing
• Someone who is curious and wants to learn (a lot!)

Work Schedule

Approximately 1000 to 1500 hours annually with the bulk of the hours being January through May
