Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the credit card product portfolio to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, risk, and operations, to ensure seamless product delivery and customer experience
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product development, pricing, and promotion
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, and use data-driven insights to optimize product strategies
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
• Represent the credit card product portfolio in internal and external meetings, and effectively communicate product updates and initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in credit card or retail banking product management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful product strategies
• Familiarity with credit card industry trends, regulations, and best practices
• Proficient in using data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
