Senior Accounts Payable Analyst
International Financial Services Firm | Hong Kong

We are working with a growing international financial services firm in Hong Kong to hire an Accounts Payable Analyst to join their regional finance team.

The firm operates across multiple asset classes and has expanded steadily across Asia in recent years. The environment is fast-paced but supportive, with a strong focus on process efficiency, systems, and long-term development. The business actively supports accounting studies and professional qualifications.

The Role
This position supports accounts payable activities across the firm's Asia-Pacific entities and sits within a lean regional finance team. The role is hands-on and operational, with exposure to regional stakeholders and well-established processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing vendor invoices and maintaining accurate AP records
• Supporting payment runs and settlement processes
• Managing vendor queries and day-to-day communications
• Assisting with intercompany billing and reconciliations
• Ensuring adherence to internal controls and compliance requirements
• Supporting process improvements and system enhancements within AP

Candidate Profile

• Around 3-8 years' experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations
• Experience in financial services, asset management, banking, or multinational environments preferred
• Good Excel skills (reconciliations, basic lookups, data handling)
• Comfortable working with structured processes and deadlines
• Mandarin and English required
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and keen to develop within a stable finance function

• Base salary up to HKD 50,000 per month, depending on experience
