As part of a Big 4 firm, you'll be joining a team that's known for its excellence, innovation, and commitment to client success. Our Private Tax & Advisory division partners with Australia's largest private entities, offering bespoke solutions that span tax compliance, strategic advisory, and commercial insights.
Your new role
1. Manager - you'll lead a high-performing team and manage a diverse portfolio of private clients. You'll work closely with Directors and Partners to shape and drive the business, while mentoring and developing talent within the team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading client engagements and delivering high-quality advisory services
• Managing performance, careers, and development of staff
• Building strong client relationships and identifying growth opportunities
• Driving service excellence and continuous improvement

2. Analyst - you'll support a talented group of Managers, Directors, and Partners in delivering exceptional service to a diverse client base-from start-ups to large family groups. You'll be involved in:

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns
• Assisting with ATO and state tax compliance reporting
• Supporting advisory engagements and client communications
• Building direct client relationships and delivering outstanding service
• Supervising and training junior staff

What you'll need to succeed
Manager -

4+ years advising private clients in a Big 4 or mid-tier firm

CA qualification (or equivalent)

Proven leadership and team development experience

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple engagements and client relationships

Analyst -

A strong interest in private tax and advisory services

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn

Progress toward CA or similar qualification is highly regarded
