The Financial Discovery Group, Inc. is a fee only financial planning and comprehensive wealth management firm founded in 1996. We serve high-net-worth individuals and families through trusted relationships, highly personalized service, and a steadfast fiduciary commitment to our clients.
As a Portfolio Manager you will work closely with our senior partners to construct, monitor, and optimize portfolios aligned with client objectives, risk tolerance, and market conditions. At a small, independent RIA, your contributions can have an outsized impact. We value independent thinking, sound judgment, and initiative. You’ll have the latitude to make decisions, develop meaningful client relationships, and contribute ideas that shape our investment approach, client experience, processes, and future growth.

Friendly, welcoming, and collaborative office environment
Positive, long-standing relationships with wonderful clients

Why Join Financial Discovery Group?
We believe great advice starts with great relationships. Our team is collaborative, thoughtful, and committed to doing what is right for our clients.
Because we are a small, independent firm, you matter. You’ll have the opportunity to learn, share ideas, take ownership, and see the direct impact of your work on our clients and our firm. We’re looking for someone who is curious, thoughtful, and eager to contribute—not simply someone looking for a job managing portfolios.
This role is an excellent fit for someone who thrives in a relationship-driven environment, communicates with clarity and empathy, takes ownership of outcomes, and wants to play a meaningful role in the continued growth of an independent wealth management firm.
