Description
A mid-sized Accounting Practice located in Soho is recruiting for a Personal Tax Manager to join their Tax team.You'd be joining a well structured team of 7 in Private Client where your focus will predominantly be OMB clients, in a mixed advisory and compliance capacity. The Firm operates a flexible working policy of 3 days per week in the office.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing your own portfolio of clients, managing WIP and billing
- Being the main point of contact for your client list, HMRC and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance tasks are completed in timely manner
- Actively support in business development and marketing initiatives
- Deliver advice on a variety of Tax matters, working alongside Directors/Partner on more complex cases
- Supervise junior colleagues in the team; reviewing work and performance, coaching and delivering training
- ACCA, ATT or CTA qualified
- Experience working with OMB clients
- Confident communicator who enjoys building strong relationships with clients/colleagues
- Reviewing work completed by junior colleagues
