A Top 20 Accounting Practice is recruiting for a Personal Tax Assistant Manager to join their Southern Tax Group, where the role can be located out of Bristol, Bournemouth or Peterborough.

Joining a team of close to 50 people across their Southern offices, you'll be tasked with managing a broad portfolio of clients including HNWI individuals, trusts, partnerships, LLPs across a range of sectors, particularly landed estates and rural businesses

Your responsibilities in this Tax Assistant Manager job will include:

• Managing the personal tax compliance cycle for your portfolio of clients
• Working with Directors/Partners in the delivery of tailored tax advice, IHT, CGT planning, Trust and International Tax planning
• Responsible for supervising junior colleagues, reviewing work and delivering training
• Utilise your communication, organisational and prioritisation skills
