Manager, Private Credit

Your new company

Your new role

• Originate, evaluate, structure, and execute private debt transactions across Southeast Asia and other regional markets.
• Build and manage relationships with credit investors to facilitate syndication.
• Prepare investment materials, lead cross-functional deal execution, monitor portfolio performance, and contribute to the firm's trading and analytics platform.
• Oversee two senior associates and reporting directly to the Head of Private Credit.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years' experience in corporate finance, banking, or transaction advisory.
• Strong financial analysis skills, proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint, and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and a self-starter mindset with entrepreneurial drive.
