Description

1. Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyse regular business and financial performance reports , including revenue, balance sheet, profitability and other key business metrics.
2. Track business performance against budgets, forecasts and targets, highlighting key trends and variances.
3. Support the preparation of management reports, forecasts, budgets and longer-term business plans .
4. Provide financial analysis and insights to support business and management decision-making.
5. Partner closely with business and internal stakeholders to address financial queries and provide commercial insights.
6. Prepare management presentations and materials for regular business reviews.
7. Support initiatives to streamline and improve reporting processes and enhance efficiency.
8. Participate in finance transformation, system migration and other ad-hoc projects.

1. Requirements Relevant experience in Management Accounting, Business Finance, FP&A or Financial Management .
2. Strong financial and analytical skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
3. Ability to analyse business performance and translate data into meaningful insights.
4. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
5. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
6. Financial services or banking experience would be advantageous.
