Key Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A self-starter with a strong customer focus.
Degree in Finance, Business, Agriculture, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of agriculture or agri-business practices is strongly preferred.
Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other relevant software.
Minimum of 2 years of related experience preferred—but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and approve loan applications.
Analyze customer financial data and creditworthiness.
Proactively develop new business through community networking and outreach.
Conduct calls with current and prospective customers to promote loan products.
Cross-sell a variety of bank services and products.
Represent the bank in community events and initiatives.

Requirements

Requirements:

Reliable transportation or intent to relocate to Plentywood, MT before start date.
Preferred experience: Fair Housing regulations: 2 years; Loan origination: 2 years; Loan officer: 2 years

College degree in Business, Agriculture, Finance or Accounting preferred.  Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
