Your new role

• Oversee accounting and administrative operations for the fund (cash management, closing, revenue calculations and capital calls)
• Provide reporting to investors, support for fund establishment and tax operations related to it
• Liaison with auditors and tax accountants while corresponding with regulatory authorities
• Manage contracts and investment related documents, coordination internal and external stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years of experience in a relevant field (Pe fund, VC, Professional Firm, Financial Institution)
• Knowledgable in CPA
• Native Japanese and business English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
