Credit Team Leader role | Brisbane Southside | Attractive salary Your new company
This national business is seeking a talented Credit Team Leader to join their large credit team. The department is currently undergoing change and process improvement, so this is an exciting time to join them. This position will be based in Brisbane's southside and offers onsite car parking. Initially based in offices, the role will offer 2 days WFH after the training period.
Your new role
Reporting to the National Credit Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Leadership of the credit collections team

Undertake hands on collections duties as required

Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business

Developing and training the credit team along with establishing KPI's

Driving best practice and identifying process improvement

Preparing monthly reports

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

Experience in a similar credit leadership position

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships

Ability to problem-solve and motivate a team

Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines with strong attention to detail

Intermediate to advanced excel skills
