An established organisation is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their finance team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Your new role
As the Credit Controller, you will play an integral role in managing the accounts receivable function and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and managing overdue invoices
• Following up outstanding accounts via phone and email
• Maintaining accurate records of credit control activity
• Reconciling client accounts and resolving discrepancies
• Communicating professionally with clients, families, and internal staff
• Setting up payment plans and processing payments or adjustments
• Supporting reporting requirements and escalating high-risk accounts where required

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or billing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
• Confidence in managing sensitive conversations in a professional manner
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
