We are seeking a motivated Credit & Collections Representative to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of past‑due accounts, maintain strong customer relationships, and play a vital role in protecting the financial health of the business.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Reduce delinquency across assigned accounts
• Contact customers regarding payment status and outstanding balances
• Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and urgency
• Partner with customers and profit centers to resolve disputed invoices
• Work with general contractors to coordinate joint check arrangements
• Route Certificates of Insurance and Tax Certificates to the correct departments
• Update, maintain, and correct customer account information

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction lien laws
• Strong understanding of fair debt and collection management practices
• Familiarity with state commercial laws and legal lending methods
• Professional and courteous phone etiquette
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• High attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with computerized accounting systems preferred

Base Pay Range
25.68 - 35.31
