Als Koordinator*in leite ich das wachsende Team unserer Budget- und Ressourcenmanager*innen fachlich an und entwickle die Arbeitsprozesse weiter.

Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz treibt den Netzausbau für die Energiewende voran. In dieser Position kann ich die größten Infrastrukturprojekte von der ersten Planung bis zur Inbetriebnahme auf Kurs halten. Als Teil des Project Management Office besteht mein Job darin, die Prozesse im Budget-, Auftrags- und Ressourcenmanagement zu verbessern und eigene Ideen gemeinsam mit den Projektbeteiligten umzusetzen. In einer zentralen Rolle werde ich mit vielen Disziplinen des Unternehmens in Berührung kommen und die Netzausbauprojekte in ihren unterschiedlichen Phasen unterstützen, von Planung und Genehmigung bis zu Bau und Inbetriebnahme. Ich habe die Chance, mich inhaltlich im Management von Großprojekten weiterzuentwickeln und meine Kompetenzen in der fachlichen Führung von Mitarbeitenden auszubauen.

Meine Aufgaben:

• Koordination von portfolioweiten Planungsprozessen sowie die damit verbundene Durchführung von Analysen und Berichterstattung,
• Fachliche Anleitung und Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder im Budget-, Auftrags- und Ressourcenmanagement in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Projekten,
• Weiterentwicklung unseres Managementsystems durch die Herleitung und Implementierung von Methoden, Prozesse, Standards und Werkzeugen im Budget-, Auftrags- und Ressourcenmanagement,
• Zentrale Ansprechperson für methodische Fragestellungen und Wahrnehmung von relevanten Key User Rollen (bspw. SAP).

Meine Kompetenzen:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium mit kaufmännischem Schwerpunkt,
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projekt-, Budgetmanagement oder Controlling,
• Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und eine systematische Herangehensweise mit hoher Lösungsorientierung,
• Versierter Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Outlook, Excel und PowerPoint),
• Gute SAP- Anwenderkenntnisse,
• Sprachen: Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2).

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
