The AR Logistics & Credit Coordinator plays a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring accuracy in our Trade Promotion Management (TPM) system, maintaining healthy account aging, and supporting our logistics operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Audit claims, validate claims, clear legitimate non-trade deductions, and submit for repays on invalid claims through customers.
- Communicate with account managers and supply chain department on various issues regarding claims and back up documentation.
- Maintains advanced level of knowledge of the TPM system and NAV system.
- Provides ongoing support by working on special assigned projects such as, post, audit, and research.
- Process Logistics purchase orders and invoices, reconciles respective AP balance monthly, and researches any discrepancies.
- Assists in the monthly closing.
- Assists during company audits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of related job experience, or an Associate's degree (A.A.) from an accredited vocational, technical, or junior college and at least one (1) year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- General navigation skills in an ERP system such as NAV (A/R side).
- At least two (2) years of experience and knowledge in Trade Promotion Management (TPM) systems and general understanding of Accounts Receivable systems and applications.
- Language Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, and to read and interpret documents such as trade policies and procedures.
- Writing Skills: Ability to compose correspondence in a clear and professional manner.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, and volume; apply accounting system processes and concepts; and understand promotional accrual systems.
- Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems, analyze trade promotions, and work with trade audit systems.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formatting, formula creation, and use of pivot tables.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a Food Manufacturing environment.
- Advanced knowledge or formal training in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvement.
