*Seeking for a Tax Manager with minimum 5 years of Corporate tax, transfer pricing and current and deferred tax OR tax advisory/consulting experience*

THE COMPANY

With their growth strategy in place, they seek to expand their reach in their Commodities Trading business. Currently, they seek for a Tax Manager to be part of their team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Ensure tax compliance for Singapore and regional entities
  • Report and prepare tax returns and filings, current and deferred tax
  • Provide tax advisory on transfer pricing, intercompany, M&A or restructuring
  • Be involved in tax planning to help with cross-border transactions, FX exposures, optimize cash flow, improve Group's effective tax rate
  • Liaise with auditors, and regulators to ensure compliance and good governance in a fast-paced trading environment
  • Any other adhoc duties

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Accountancy/Accounting/Commerce or ACCA or any other relevant education
• Minimum 5 years of Corporate tax, transfer pricing and current and deferred tax OR tax advisory experience handling Commodities industries (From Tax advisory/consulting firms)
• Meticulous, diligent, proactive, analytical and a team player
