Your new role

• Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
• Perform month-end closing and prepare supporting schedules
• Assist in preparing financial statements, management reports, and analysis
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
• Prepare vouchers, invoices, payments, and journal entries
• Assist in ad-hoc financial and administrative tasks assigned by management

What you'll n ed to succeed

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
• Solid knowledge of full set accounting and month-end closing
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently with high integrity.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
