The agency contractor position for Collection/Op Sup, Credit Control Services supports the company's back-office operations within the credit risk and collections teams. This contract involves risk and control monitoring, MI report preparation, account reconciliation, and project coordination related to operational improvements and system enhancements. The role also supports debt collection activities for mortgages and secured products, ensuring efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects covering operations, system enhancements, MI/reporting, and process re-engineering.
• Support the Secured Collection Manager in debt collection and recovery activities for secured products and mortgages.
• Prepare departmental documentation, including procedure manuals, to guide staff members step-by-step.
• Monitor risk and control activities, ensuring compliance and reporting accuracy.

Requirements

• University degree in Business or a related discipline, or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in credit risk and/or risk and control.
• Strong knowledge of retail banking; experience in operational risk management and/or financial crime compliance is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across a broad range of stakeholders.
• Resilient and adaptable in a changing environment.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
• Right to work in the country; available to start on 30/07/2026.
