Your new roleWe are seeking an organised and proactive Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team. This role is based in our Bayside office. You will work as part of a small, dedicated team and thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, efficiency, and great communication are essential.
What you'll need to succeed

• Accurate and timely processing of creditor invoices
• Preparing payment runs
• Matching invoices with purchase orders
• Processing petty cash and employee expense reimbursements
• Maintaining and updating creditor information
• Reconciling creditor statements
• Filing and maintaining auditable financial records
• Providing fast and effective support for supplier and internal queries
• Assisting the finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
