Accounts Payable Officer role available in Wacol | Permanent position Your new company
This Queensland-based company that operates across a growing industry is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their stable finance team on a full-time permanent basis. This position will be based in their Wacol offices, which offers plenty of onsite parking.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Supplier maintenance

Processing of invoices

Preparing and processing payment runs

Creditor reconciliations

Petty cash management

Handling any queries via phone and email from suppliers

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:

• Experience in high volume Accounts Payable, ideally within the commercial sector
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and be committed to providing excellent customer service
