Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the following:

• Oversee invoice processing: Monitor automated workflows, resolve exceptions, and support approvers to ensure smooth invoice handling.
• Manage payments and vendor records: Process supplier payments accurately in the ERP system and maintain up-to-date vendor details while assisting with inquiries.
• Provide financial support: Assist with reconciliations, reporting, and audit requirements to maintain compliance and accuracy.
• Drive process improvements: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance efficiency within Accounts Payable operations.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:

• Proven end-to-end Accounts Payable experience, with confidence managing invoice processing through to payment.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in multiple systems and solid Excel capabilities (lookups, filters, pivot tables).
• High attention to detail and accuracy, paired with a proactive approach and ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to ask questions and collaborate effectively.
