Your new role
Are you looking to start or grow your career in finance? We are seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Clerk to join a dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments, while gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Enter invoice details into the accounting system accurately.

Match basic invoice information with purchase orders and delivery notes.

Scan and upload invoices and supporting documents into the system.

Maintain vendor records and update contact details as required.

Assist with filing and organising accounts payable documentation.

Prepare simple spreadsheets for tracking invoices and payments.

Respond to routine supplier queries (e.g., payment status) via email or phone.

Support the team with administrative tasks such as photocopying, mailing, and data entry.

Monitor inbox for incoming invoices and forward to relevant team members.

Assist with month-end tasks and ad hoc finance duties.

What you'll need to succeed

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Good communication and a team-focused attitude.

Experience in accounts payable or finance admin is an advantage, but not essential.
