Role: Accounts Payable Assistant

Offices: Hacnkey, 5 days in the office

Morgan McKinley are partnered with a growing construction company based in East London who are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join the team. This is a newly created position, supporting with the processing of supplier invoices and subcontractor payments.

The role:

• Processing high volumes of supplier invoices
• Matching PO numbers to invoices
• Setting up suppliers / subcontractors
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Supplier query resolutions
• Setting up payment runs
• Supporting with banking

About you:

• Mustbe currently working in Accounts Payable or recently been in an Accounts Payable position
• Experience in construction industry is beneficial but not essential
• AAT Qualified / strong AP experience
• Happy to work 5 days in the office in East London
