Your Role & Impact
The Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Supervisor oversees the daily operations of TrueCare's accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) functions. Responsibilities include supervising assigned staff, managing AP/AR processes, updating financial records, overseeing vendor relationships, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of processing payments made and received. The Supervisor ensures that the department meets all financial deadlines and provides excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- An associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field from an accredited institution or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience relevant to the position.
- A minimum of three (3) years of accounts payable and accounts receivable experience.
- A minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or lead experience.
- Proficiency in grant accounting or cost accounting.
- Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) requirements.
- Proficiency with ERP software and the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams

The pay range for this role is $30.12 - $43.67 on an hourly basis.Pay transparency: If you are hired at TrueCare, your salary will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience.
