Description

Role Summary Lead full-cycle accounting for retail entities outside Mainland China (APAC focus). Ensure IFRS compliance, manage consolidation & FX, and bridge overseas operations with China HQ. Key Responsibilities Oversee month-end closing, consolidation, and financial reporting for overseas subsidiaries (IFRS). Manage retail-specific accounting: revenue (IFRS 15), leases (IFRS 16), inventory, and store P&L. Ensure tax compliance (VAT/GST, CIT, transfer pricing) across multiple jurisdictions. Coordinate with external auditors and local tax agents for statutory audits and filings. Supervise a small team and collaborate with overseas country managers. Drive internal controls and ERP process improvements. Requirements Education: Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA/ACCA required. Experience: 8+ years total, 3+ years managerial, with hands-on experience handling non-Mainland entities in an MNC or Big 4. Industry: Retail/FMCG strongly preferred. Technical: Strong IFRS knowledge, FX consolidation, transfer pricing, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite). Languages: Fluent English + Mandarin (for HQ communication).
