Accounting Clerk (Carlsbad, CA) Manage accounts payable and receivable, including verifying vendor invoices (food, beverages, equipment), processing payments, and issuing receipts for customer transactions. Reconcile daily sales and deposits by comparing POS system reports with cash, credit card, and mobile payment records, identifying & correcting discrepancies. Support payroll processing by collecting timesheets, verifying hours worked, calculating overtime, and preparing tip allocation data for payroll submission.
