Summary:
The Coordinator, Credit Risk will assist Freedom Mortgage Credit Risk Underwriting in Various tasks. The Credit Risk Coordinator will adhere to various compliance guidelines to ensure that, state disclosures, seasoning, loan dispositioning, disaster reviews and subject property address requirements are met.

Manage Email Boxes
State Disclosure Review
Address Validation Review
Loan Cancellation
Reports to be completed daily
Seasoning
Subject Property Address
Denied/Withdraw/Closed For Incompleteness audits
FEMA Disaster Declarations
VA COE
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Other Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Recognize/identify critical issues and communicate or escalate to manager as needed.
High level of organizational skills.
Adaptable to change and shifting priorities.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of mortgage documents.
Education and/or Experience:
Minimum Two (2) years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
None Required
Work Complexity:
Problems and issues faced are general but require analysis of FFOC's policies and procedures, as well as external best practices and regulations, to assess and resolve.
