The Role

• Oversee accurate and timely NAV production, pricing, valuations, accruals, and financial reporting.
• Manage cash, position, and trade reconciliations while ensuring strong controls and regulatory/audit compliance.
• Lead and mentor a team of fund accountants; act as key contact for auditors, custodians, and investment managers.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and support system enhancements or new fund launches.
• Apply strong technical expertise across fund accounting standards, financial instruments, and fund accounting systems.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA/ACCA preferred.
• 7-10+ years of fund accounting experience (mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity, or alternatives).
• Strong technical knowledge of NAV processes, accounting standards, and financial instruments.
• Proficiency with fund accounting systems (e.g., Geneva, Investran, PAXUS, Multifonds).
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
