The opportunity
As the market leader in our tax services, we advise on all tax issues in a wide range of areas. This enables us to optimize the business and legal structures of our globally positioned customers. Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge? Our People Advisory Services (PAS) department needs reinforcement and is looking for a motivated, flexible person for the Client Payroll team as a consultant (part-time positions and returnees are welcome).

Your key responsibilities
- Support national and international clients in payroll and HR administration
- Manage payroll accounting, including communication with clients, tax authorities, and social security institutions
- Collaborate with our nearshore and offshore teams to ensure timely completion of monthly payroll processes
- Contribute to business development activities, including client acquisition and local networking
- Work on exciting internal and external projects from day one, gaining in-depth insights into a broad range of technical topics, industries, and business functions
- Successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, with a strong interest in payroll
- One to two years of practical experience in payroll and social security/employment tax
- Proficient in English and German; French and/or Italian language skills are an asset
- Solid knowledge of and hands-on experience with MS Office; familiarity with ABACUS and/or SAP is a plus
- Strong sense of independence and resilience, combined with an entrepreneurial and client-focused mindset
- Eager to learn and open to developing new skills and expertise
- Demonstrates an agile, growth-oriented mindset, valuing both knowledge and attitude as key drivers of success
- Innovative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-evolving environment
