Description

We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper! You will be responsible for the effective management and profitable operation of the accounting department.

Responsibilities:

Manage all accounting operations - Payroll, Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition
Oversee all accounts, ledgers and reporting systems
Supervise accounts receivable department for accurate billing, cash receipt applications and collection efforts.
Prepare and process semi-monthly payroll
Prepare and record journal entries for payroll, revenue recognition and inventory
Prepare monthly financial statements and performance metrics
Supervise and mentor accounting personnel

Requirements

Qualifications:

Previous experience in accounting, financial services, or other related fields
BS in Accounting/Finance/Business
Minimum of 7 years in high level accounting role
Experience in accounting and finance with budgetary planning and financial analysis
Enjoy mentoring and managing staff members
High integrity and possess strong work habits
Adept in QuickBooks and Excel
Must live within 25 minutes of
