Lead all accounting operations, including AP/AR, general ledger, accruals, revenue recognition, and month-end close.
Oversee full treasury operations: cash management, liquidity planning, cash positioning, and capital movement across entities.
Manage multi-entity accounting across SPVs, holding companies, and future fund structures.
Produce GAAP-compliant financial statements, internal reporting packages, KPIs, and dashboards.
Establish internal controls, audit readiness, and strong financial governance.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and variance analysis.
Coordinate corporate and multi-entity tax filings with external tax advisors.
Improve financial systems, automation, and processes to support rapid scale.
Support structured transactions with financial modeling, capital planning, and treasury execution.
Build and develop the accounting and treasury team as CSI grows.
