Role Description

As a Senior Tax Associate, you will be responsible for managing tax compliance, preparation, and planning for our clients. This is a full-time on-site role located in Louisville, KY. You will work closely with clients and team members to ensure that all tax-related deadlines are met and accurate tax returns are filed. This role involves significant one on one tax planning so the ability to successfully communicate tax knowledge to the client is required. Our tax engagements are limited to our CAS clients, so tax season is very manageable.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• 3 -4 years experience in tax compliance, preparation, and planning
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Experience with tax software, Quickbooks, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or related field
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification preferred
